    1. I don’t see how relaxing the wrists would be confusing at all. I think it was a perfect explanation. People don’t seem to want to accept the fact that there is effortless power when they are all trying to achieve powerless effort

    2. Ross Macfarlane sorry you didn’t like it. It’s a simple feel and a simple drill to just try and get the correct flow. Passive on the way back and allow suppleness to increase lag and feel weight of club in transition bat through the ball. Does not need an over complicated explanation. Hopefully you benefit from our other videos.
