Gary Player is one of the greatest golfers of all time!! And was lucky enough to attend a clinic he was hosting and get to hear his wisdom and also ask him a couple of questions, that will help you improve your game if you use the tips he shared with me in the lesson.

A big thank you to PXG for the invite to the clinic and if you want to follow the team at PXG, for more info on the clubs or exclusive content with Gary follow the links below:

  1. I was in Dubai airport
lounge a few years ago, sitting having breakfast I could hear a loud SA voice, I turned round and Gary Player was on the phone whilst sitting with his wife. I said to my boss, that’s Gary Player, he did who? I said one of the greatest golfers ever to grace the planet. Seconds later a hand touches my shoulder, I turn round and there is Gary Player, he apologises for being loud on the phone. I stand up and say that it wasn’t a problem and that I recognised his voice, he immediately catches the Scottish accent and we spend the next few minutes taking about his grand parents who came from Scotland. I respected GP before this meeting, but spending a few minutes with him on a private level was totally inspiring……..full respect to the God of Golf.
