  1. Hi gents thanks for the drill demonstration and definitely will give it a try. A question: when Lloydy was doing the drill his feet seemed a little bit cloesd to the stick on the ground. Would it be a factor that the stand should be the same as the setup of hitting the ball?

  2. Hi Al, i have had a lot of operations and recovering from one now so lacking in flexibility in turning so this is great but do you have any ideas of exercises i can do to improve this flexibity. Any help as usual always welcome. Love your drills, cheers and keep up the great work.

  3. Hi Al, I hope all is well with you. I’m not sure if you’ve done a video on this previously, but I’m really struggling to create any separation between the upper and lower body at the start of the downswing. As soon as my hips fire, my upper body does the same and it quickly overtakes my hips. In my last online lesson, we talked about having the feeling of my upper body being left behind at the start of the downswing but I’m finding this nigh on impossible! Any drills you could recommend to help with this would be greatly appreciated.
