  1. the main reasons most golfers do not hit down or compress the ball correctly is because they have a fault earlier on in the swing, so the not hitting down is not the fault so its just a band aid for the symptoms and not addressing the real problem. same as all the other so called faults.

  2. Great timing Chris, as it’s exactly this that I’m struggling with! Will be trying this out on the range but will most likely use a towel than a fat plate
