    1. Hi Bill, we actually use SkyTrak. I really love the GC quad technology. But I think you still need to use those stickers, so we are holding out.

    1. frank mc canny, I think you are referring to Bob. I think he’s actually a guy, but it looks like he’s wearing lipstick.

  1. Great video – as a senior, I am very guilty of not flexing enough from the hips- my posture is too upright. My problem when I bend as you show is that the elevation of the left arm is extremely limited- I can’t take it any higher than you show on your split grip demonstration- sort of mid-chest high. This seems to be a very abbreviated swing unless there is a huge amount of wrist hinge or bending at the left elbow. Any tips to what I might be doing wrong so that I can get more of a left arm swing?

    1. I honestly feel you are right. I feel that the folding of my right arm is pulling my left arm in towards my chest getting it behind my center. I just don’t know why or what I’m doing incorrectly.

    2. Leonard Dzubow, that’s a great question. I have a pretty good idea of what you may be doing. You’re hands may be getting behind the centerpoint of your body too much and reducing the range of motion of your left shoulder. I’ll make a video to explain in more detail. Thanks for the comment!
