  1. Perfect, short, and precise concept as always. Thanks, Mike. My junior feels what is supposed to feel in such drills. More stable lower body helps her hands, and hence the club, to catch up during the downswing — tempo in-sync, that is. You are a wizard.

  2. What bull shit! You think they teach young hockey players to hit a slap shot on their knees, you think they teach young tennis players to hit across the net on their knee ? Cmon Mike !

    1. You’ve no idea. This could be the shortest video that goes the farthest for junior golfers and even tour players. Ask Tiger Woods what drills he did the most decades ago! Get a grip.
