  1. Nice video and good information, I’ve also found the following drill to be helpful, when I take my practice swing i visualize a ball on the ground and swing as if I am actually hitting the shot I want to hit. My main focus is on my path and tempo. The key is that I have the same intent in my practice swing as my real swing. It has helped me a lot. Keep up the good work Chris!

  2. I have added the pause to my normal swing. It allows me to do a few things. 1. Spine angle stays where it should be. The faster I swing the more my position goes off. 2. My hand and arms are set correctly. 3. My distance from the ground does not change 4. My downswing is more deliberate. In total I need to feel I am in the right position for the downswing.

  3. Great info golf video Chris.
